Cheri McCann

Cheri has been working and living in North Toronto for over 30 years. She is very passionate about helping her clients meet their real estate needs. One of her agents calls her the “Wikipedia” of real estate because of her knowledge of property in the North Toronto area. A key thing that separates Cheri from the majority of Toronto real estate agents is that she doesn't just want to get the deal done, she treats each clients money as if it's her own. Cheri's clients interests are always her top priority. She is known for her strong work ethic and going above and beyond what is required. Cheris motto, “Hard Work + Integrity = Results”, reflects what is important to her. She has consistently been ranked as one of the top ten agents in both Toronto* and Canada*. Most of her deals tend to be in the areas of Yonge and Lawrence, York Mills, Forest Hill, Leaside, Hoggs Hollow, Rosedale, Moore Park, Summerhill, the Annex and High Park. Some of Cheri's long term clients, who have lived in a range of areas and property types, are now downsizing to condos in the Summerhill and Rosedale areas. Giving back to the community is very important. Cheri cares deeply about many causes, not only does she offer monetary support, she also offers time. Most recently, Cheri has focused on healthcare and youth programs, including sponsoring Skylark (a charity formed to raise funds for youth mental health services, now renamed Lumenus) and contributing to Megan’s walk as well as local schools, the New Beginnings Support Program, and several other charities.
